| The wipers are fighting hard against the heavy cloudburst. The tinheads cannot be far. But what do they want from me, anyway? Well, I don’t care, but they didn’t look particularly friendly. The heavy rain is obviously easing up. At the horizon, rising like a neon-pink clavilux, and on the radio they are playing inappropriate Big Band evergreens. But what’s behind that field over there? That must be the source of this eerie glow. Maybe there are people where I can hide. So finally, I stop the car. The music on the radio is getting quieter while I’m fighting my way through the thicket. All of a sudden, the rain stops. What’s going on? The light starts flickering and seems to be everywhere now. Only one bush left I have to push aside… but what the h…?! | |
